On a typical suburban evening, in a typical suburban
home, the Smiths have planned a dinner party and await their friends,
the Martins. Once they arrive, the couples share an evening of humorous
stories about animals, poetry concerned with fire, and polite conversation
about Rudyard Kipling.
Things are not what they seem. Come see this first and most famous
work by Absurdist playwright Eugène Ionesco.
